We have 660 workers and staff members with a strong technical force, including 26 engineers, 48 assistant engineers and 68 technicians. There are 3 sub-co***nies with 18 advanced production lines producing flanges and pipe fittings. Our techniques include forging, forging & pressing, mid-frequency pushing, machining, cold forming, heat protruding, hot extrusion and heat treatment. We have up-to-date ***ection capabilities of chemical analysis, metallographic test, physical inspection and nondestructive ***ection. We can produce different specifications of high, medium and low pressure pipe fittings in national and international standards, such as flanges, elbows, T-joints, convergent pipes, pipe caps, big elbows and socket joints made of stainless steel, alloy steel and carbon steel. The annual productive capability is more than 80,000 tons.
